This past week was quite good for training. Here are the stats:
Total Hours: 9:45
Swim: 4800 yd
Bike: 59 miles
Run: 13.74 miles
Strength : 1 upperbody and core session
I think that's a good volume to shoot for until Wildflower. This day light savings thing is kind of killer. It's nice to get out of work and still have a 1-1.5 of daylight tho.
